Finally a few minutes ago VW Australia did ring me to say yes there was a problem and they had absolutely no idea when or how it could be fixed. VW Bunbury have never bothered phoning me once re their stuff up.

    The cars are excellent but as soon as anything goes wrong they are just not interested, the customer service is nil. I had my Amarok serviced at Norris VW dealership two weeks ago.
